Here We GO!
This is my meal plan for today:
Breakfast:
English muffin toasted with light Laughing Cow cheese spread (way better for you than butter - less calories/fat) and cucumber slices
Half a pear
Lunch:
2 slices of pumpernickel bread (low fat and calorie) and baby carrots to dip in low calorie red pepper hummus
An apple
Dinner:
Big salad - lettuce, tomato, chick peas, skinless chicken breast, cucumber, onion, green pepper and a small squirt of low calorie dressing
Dessert:
Green tea with milk (no sugar)
YUM
Here goes my first real week! I won’t have a lot of time for exercise due to a busy school schedule, but I’m hoping to eat very cleanly!
I will post my stats at the end of the week!
